Description

  • Do you struggle to put a monetary value on what you can offer?
  • Are you finding it hard to explain your service or abilities?
  • Do you feel that you sometimes do too much for the money you receive?
  • Do you need help with cashflow, income streams and pipelines?

If so, this is the workshop for you!

Following on from the successful WHY workshops, the WHAT workshop will help to solidify what you do, what you charge and help you to explain the value you can add!

Whether you want to move on in your career or are running your own business, the WHAT workshop aims to focus on your unique talents and address others’ WIIFM (What’s in it for me) so you can communicate your value to your potential clients or peers with confidence and clarity.

Money can be impacted by your mindset and self-worth. We will address how to find these blocks and move around them, so you can get ahead in business.

We will teach you how to support your pricing and value with logic.

You’ll gain insight into what’s holding you back and learn practical solutions to implement.

You’ll learn how to:

  • package your products, services or personal offering
  • clarify and justify your pricing/salary
  • forecast, build a pipeline and maintain cashflow
  • structure this to facilitate your business/lifestyle goals
  • discover and release your money blocks

This will help you to:

  • ‘sell yourself’ or improve your ‘ways of working’
  • communicate with your peers, team and potential clients more effectively
  • further your career/job search or grow your business

You’ll receive your own workbook to take home to help you to implement your learnings. Additional personal and online support will also be available after the workshop on request.

Includes

  • Breakfast of pastries, coffee and speciality teas on arrival
  • Drinks and fruit at mid-morning break
  • Networking lunch of wraps, nibbles and dessert
